Madelyn's first Christmas

Madelyn's first Christmas was wonderful! She actually had 4 Christmases and got so many great presents. By the end of the 3-day celebration, she started getting excited when she saw presents! We had to buy her a toy box and a storage ottoman for the living room to store all of her new toys! We had a fun time with Grandma Debbie, Great ma and pa, Uncle Cody, Aunt Tisha, and Carter and Luke on Thursday night before Christmas. Maddie slept through most of it, but she enjoyed playing with her new toys the next day.



On Christmas eve, our family spent the afternoon at Papa and Grandma Janet's house. Madelyn got more toys and cute clothes. She needed help opening the presents, but I think she had fun. That night we went to Great Aunt Coleen's for her annual Christmas eve party. Maddie stayed awake the entire night- she was supposed to be sleeping but wanted to play with her grandma instead.

On Christmas morning Daddy woke everyone up to open presents- he was so excited for Maddie and Bella to open their presents from Santa. Then we went to church and came home to play with all of Maddie's new toys. Later that afternoon we went to Grandma and Grandpa Laske's house and had a nice dinner.. and MORE presents. What a busy but fun week with all of our family!
